I was please to be able to return to the April monthly meeting of the Tampa Quiltworks Guild last Tuesday. I visited with the members in January and talked about my writing of A Stitch in Time and the upcoming publication of Gallery of Light.
At that meeting we all decided to try to make a quilt that would have a connection to book one. Unfortunately, the members of the guild did not get the final pattern instructions yet so only Karin Damico and myself had finished the quilt top.
The two quilts were well-received and I’ll post pictures of both when Karin’s is available.
Conversation and questions were pretty lively about the status of Book 3 and when it would be published. I promised they’d be among the first to know!
It’s a nice group of women!
