I know I already made a post this morning but had to share what just happened in chapter 4! This chapter was my chance to bring back Sophie Martin-the main character in my first book (A Stitch in Time) and introduce her. I hadn’t really thought much about how to do that so just sat down and started.
One of the most interesting things (to me at least!) when I write is that I see what is going on. Can’t describe it better than that. I kind of see like I’m watching a movie unfold and what I see turns into words that just flow out.
This morning it allowed me to quickly create 1,012 words that came from somewhere and when I was finished I had placed Sophie in her quilt shop, updated that she was married to Ben Martin, and mentioned the special gifts that helped her help those around her. WOW. Just like that.
